Very good quality band

This review is for Rainbow colour. This is a very good quality band and looks great. While the picture shows a little light shade (compared to other retailers which have this in darker shade), then end product turned out to be neutral which is good - not too dark, not too light. And almost half price compared to other retailers. Shipping was fast too (shipped from Australia).

Wanted to return the product but no reply what so ever

I ordered 2 Apple Watch bands. However I needed it very urgently and when I made the payment I also realised I have ordered the wrong size and I contacted the message thing on your website straight away but no answer. Also sent you 2 emails saying I would like to change the sizing before shipment as well but never happened and I have ordered them from Apple it’s self because it was urgent so I have my parcel just opened and have not touched it so I have emailed a couple of time saying I would like to return my products but Yesss no answer back. I am really upset of what has happened to me and i will not order again from your website because of no email replies or the messages. If the rerun policy also your email team have replied back to my message straight away it might of been a different story. I am just upset

We strive to prove the fastest delivery service we can. Normally the order will be dispatched in the same business day. But please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your iXtra product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
Please note: iXtra offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.


HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER.

If you wish to return an iXtra product purchased from our web site at iXtra.com.au, please contact us at info@iXtra.com.au.
We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

Processing time for returns is usually 2-7 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

More responsive to drawing than glass screen

Massive difference to drawing rather than using a plain iPad screen. Gives a ‘real paper’ feel that is more responsive to iPen a makes drawing a lot easier and more natural. Great product love it !!!
